I can't see the videos!
There are a few things you can try:
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser
- Update your Adobe Flash Player (click here for more info)
- Try another browser, like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari
I can't access all of my products from my dashboard - can you help me consolidate my accounts?
It's very likely that you purchased your courses with multiple email addresses. Please email us at [email protected] with the products you own and the email address you use, plus your PREFERRED email address, and we can consolidate your accounts so you have access to all your courses in one place!
